These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website, products, and services, including the purchase and use of our original WordPress plugins (“Plugins”). By accessing our Website, purchasing Plugins, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies or procedures we may publish (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Who’s Who

“You” refers to any individual or entity using our Website or services. If you use our services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf, and both you and that entity are responsible for compliance with these Terms.

All services are provided by PlugifyWP, with contact details provided in Section 18 (Contact Information).

2. Website Registration

2.1. Eligibility: To register an account or purchase Plugins, you must:

Not be prohibited by any law or judicial act from entering into this Agreement.
Be at least 16 years old or have consent from a parent/legal guardian.
Not have been previously prohibited by PlugifyWP from entering into such an agreement.
Not be a resident of a prohibited state or a member of any terror organization.
If acting on behalf of an organization, have all necessary permits to enter into this Agreement.

2.2. Access: You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account access to third parties.

2.3. Acceptable Use: You must use the Website and Plugins in their intended form and refrain from activities that infringe, disrupt, or delay services to other users, including sending spam, unsolicited messages, or engaging in malicious activities (e.g., distributing malware).

2.4. Verifying Your Account: We may require verification of your identity (e.g., via email confirmation) to ensure you are the sole owner of the account.

2.5. Securing Your Account: You are responsible for securing your account with a strong password and notifying us immediately at Contact Form – you must log in to send a message – of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2.6. One Account Per Person: You are permitted to have only one account. If you represent an organization, you may grant access to employees, but you are responsible for their actions.

2.7. Sharing an Account: Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Minimum Age Requirements

Our services are not directed to children under 16. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 16 and can legally form a binding contract with us. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

4. Website Services

4.1. Online Store: We offer Plugins for purchase through our online store. Each Plugin is sold with a unique license key, subject to the license terms below.

4.2. Updates: We may provide updates for Plugins, including bug fixes or new features, which you can implement at your discretion.

4.3. Knowledge Base: We provide free manuals, articles, and tutorials to help you use our Plugins. We reserve the right to charge for additional resources.

4.4. Changes to Services: We may add, modify, or discontinue services at our sole discretion without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect functionality.

5. License of Plugins

5.1. By purchasing a Plugin, you receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on your own WordPress website(s) or on websites you create for clients, limited to the number of sites specified in your license (e.g., single-site, multi-site).

5.2. The license key, which remains the property of PlugifyWP, enables access to updates, support, and additional resources.

5.3. You may not:

Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin or license key.
Use the Plugin in connection with “Installation Services” or “Setup Services.”
Modify or create derivative works without our written consent.

5.4. Unauthorized use of the Plugin or license key will result in license termination.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1. Fees: You must pay the fees specified on the Website for Plugins or services. Payments are processed via third-party providers, subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6.2. Subscriptions: Plugins are sold as recurring subscriptions that renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses, if offered, do not require renewals.

6.3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a subscription is cancelled, the Premium license will remain active only until the end of the current billing period. Once the license expires, the Premium plugin will no longer function until the subscription is renewed or a new license is purchased. Access to updates, downloads, and support also ends upon expiration.

6.4. Taxes: Fees exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, sales tax). You are responsible for all taxes, and we may collect them if required.

6.5. Payment: You must provide accurate payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend access to Paid Services.

6.6. European Users: You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without reason, provided the Plugin has not been downloaded or used. Contact at Contact Form – you must log in to send a message to exercise this right.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the Plugin does not function on your website, as verified by our support team. If we determine that the Plugin is defective and we are obligated to repair or replace it but fail to provide a functional product, a full refund will be issued.

7.2. Refunds will also be granted if we determine that the Plugin cannot function on your website due to reasons such as incompatible hosting or similar technical issues beyond our control.

7.3. To request a refund, contact at Contact Form – you must log in to send a message within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be processed after this period or for renewal payments. You will receive a renewal notification 2 weeks prior to renewal to cancel if desired.

7.4. Upon issuance of a refund, the Plugin license will be automatically revoked, and you must immediately cease using the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession. Any continued use of the Plugin after a refund is strictly prohibited.

7.5. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if deemed necessary, including if the Plugin functions as intended or if issues arise from your website’s configuration.

8. Product Delivery

8.1. After successful payment, you will receive an email with order details and your license key, available in your account area for download. Some plugins have a built-in license key, which means you won’t receive any key. In that case, you don’t need to do anything, because the plugin is fully functional without entering a license key.

8.2. Expired licenses lose access to product downloads, updates, and all Premium functionality. Once a license expires, the related Premium plugin will no longer function until the license is renewed or a new license is purchased through the customer account.

8.3. If you do not receive your order email, check your account’s purchase history or contact at Contact Form – you must log in to send a message.

9. Support

9.1. Dedicated support is provided to users with active licenses via our support portal or email, per our Support Policy.

9.2. Support is available only for customers with an active Premium license or subscription. If a license expires or a subscription is cancelled and reaches the end of its active term, the Premium plugin will no longer function and the customer will no longer be eligible for support until the license is renewed or replaced with a new valid license.

10. Ownership and Customer Content

10.1. All content on the Website, including Plugins, documentation, images, and videos, is the property of PlugifyWP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2. Customer Content Ownership: You retain all rights to content you create or upload using our Plugins (“Customer Content”). You grant PlugifyWP a royalty-free, worldwide license to use Customer Content as needed to provide our services.

10.3. Customer Data Rights: You own all data generated by your use of our Plugins (“Customer Data”). We will not use or disclose Customer Data except to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or use anonymized data to improve or market our services. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Customer Data for these purposes.

10.4. You are responsible for backing up your Customer Data and ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant us these licenses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlugifyWP, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Website or Plugins, violation of these Terms, use of Customer Content/Data, or infringement of third-party rights, including compliance with data protection laws.

12. Warranty

Our Plugins and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages or flaws in the Plugins.

13. Third-Party Services

13.1. Our Plugins may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors). These services are subject to the third party’s terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their performance.

13.2. You must review the third party’s terms and privacy policies before use.

14. Email Communication

We may send you emails about updates, promotions, or product information. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

16.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the fees paid by you for the Plugin or service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

16.3. European Users: For consumers in Europe, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages from a breach of material contractual obligations. We are not liable for non-material breaches unless required by law.

16.4. By purchasing any product on our site, in our store, you agree that you use our products at your own risk and understand that PlugifyWP is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. You must always make backup copies of your site, data, information, before using our products/plugins to minimize the risk of permanent loss of data, site, etc.

17. Termination

17.1. We may terminate your access to the Website or Plugins at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

17.2. Upon termination, you must cease using the Plugins and destroy all copies in your possession.

17.3. You may cancel subscriptions or stop using our services at any time, subject to Section 6 (Payments & Subscriptions).

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you by email or by posting the updated Terms on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you cancel within 10 days of a material change, we will refund a prorated portion of pre-paid fees for the affected services.
